Well this morning we had a great breakfast. And will be getting ready for the Womens conference in Keystone Yesterday was a very long ride. Was a cool day 100miles +climed very high and at the top we got some hale that would say COLD I put my rain gere on and not just to keep the hale and rain off but to keep warm it was cold at the top snow a few places. enjoy the pic.

Wow I had a great ride we left M-Lazy-C Ranch after the ranch hands cooked a great breakfast.On the rode again or sand rock dirt trail about 9:00am. After 30miles we split for some to take a less taxing route and some to go a up and over the mountain. Yes I took the more challenging route. Up to the top of trout run Lots of rocks and sand and creaks.
Yes I got sucked in the sand right after the big mud puddle.Did not get wet but got stuck in the sand pit. Pushed my way out and up the hill.
We ended up in a little town Buena Vista for a lunch at 2:30pm long morn. Sunny and warm approx 85deg. Then we headed up to the top of Cottonwood Pass.12000++elev.very winding many would like that ride. Tom would have been in his glory like the tail of the dragon left then right one after the other all the way up and all the way down.
We ended up at Almont Resort at the Three Rivers Co. We are settled in and having a down day. Thank you for checking in and I'll send some pic to follow. Love to all all Karen

Wow day 3 We rode some tuff stuff today

We started at 9:30 and We climed 2000 ft up from 9000 to 12000 near many mts.
Some trails were sandy and some just rocks It was so hard many went down.
Mostly in the sand no big injurys. We are looking for rest and supper?

We had a great sunny day weather is warm and nights are cold the view is perfect.

We had a sunny day and went high above the tree tops and then we rode more lots more.
Dirt trails and dirt roads was great we are camping at a horse ranch in tents tonight.

We had a great breakfast and signed some papers.
Gear up and out to pick out the bike today mine was a Kawasaki 250cc.
We went up to the top of a ski slope trail.lots of rocks and pot holes
Then GPS training and rest We start the ride in the morning.

I'm on my way to Colorado for some practice. I meet the 11 other women on Saturday. Thanks again to everyone for their continued support. I hope to keep you updated with pictures and notes from our ride.
